Who Can Refer
This program is open to the public who are not employed by Brighton Search.
You do not need to be a client or candidate to participate.

Eligible Referrals
To qualify for the referral reward:

The referred individual must not already be known to or actively represented by Brighton Search.

You must be the first person to refer the candidate.

Referrals must be submitted in writing (via email, LinkedIn, or our website) and include the candidate’s full name, contact details, and a brief note about their background or practice area.

The referred candidate must acknowledge that you referred them to us.
Reward Structure
You will receive a $500 gift card once your referred candidate is successfully placed in a role through Brighton Search, and a further $500 gift card once they complete their probation period with their new employer (typically 6 months). Gift cards will be delivered digitally or physically, as agreed, within 14 days of each milestone being confirmed.

Important Conditions

Only one reward will be issued per successful referral.

If multiple people refer the same candidate, only the first valid referrer will be eligible.

The second reward is only payable if the candidate completes their full probation period and remains employed with the firm at that time.

Gift card rewards are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable.

Referrers are responsible for declaring any referral rewards to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) if required. Brighton Search accepts no liability for your personal tax obligations.

We reserve the right to withhold rewards if there is evidence of false or misleading information or breach of this policy Terms may be updated or withdrawn at any time.
